Responsibilities

  • Present research and technical briefings to senior management, faculty, and students.
  • Contribute to the research and technical direction in specialized areas.
  • Perform advanced research and technology development for future AI systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in designing systems for end-user applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of High-Performance Computing (HPC), data science, and continuous integration.
  • Demonstrated experience in HPC hardware and software performance analysis.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to various audiences.
  • Experience in initiating research proposals and acquiring funding.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with data in domains such as health, science, law, education, or business.
  • Proven ability to work with data curators to construct high-quality datasets.
  • Experience in optimizing and benchmarking HPC performance.
