About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and analyses related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a background in construction inspection, quality control, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Collect and analyze data related to materials, processes, and construction practices.
• Perform quality control checks on concrete forming and masonry work.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings from inspections and analyses.
• Assist in laboratory testing of materials as required.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, and general construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in various outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
