The position of CNA or Home Health Aide at Peak Community Services involves providing essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with life skill development and health maintenance.
- Administer medication as required by clients.
- Assist with personal care tasks for clients.
- Support behavioral development in a small residential home setting.
- Complete required training programs and meet competency requirements.
Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Experience in caregiving for at least 1 year is required.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and squatting.
- Basic computer skills including email and data entry.
