Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current unencumbered Oregon CNA Level 2 certification required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
• One (1) year experience in a hospital or long-term care facility preferred.

• Specialty certification in Medical Surgical Nursing is encouraged and supported.
