About the position
Liberty Healthcare is seeking Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to work on weekends and as needed at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid. This role involves providing care and support to adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs in an intermediate care facility. The position is both challenging and rewarding, focusing on client engagement and assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with clients
- Continuously monitoring client activities, behaviors, health, and safety
- Providing appropriate interventions as necessary
- Engaging in pro-social activities with clients
- Supporting clients who need assistance with their activities of daily living
- Helping clients build related skills which will foster independence and good health
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
- Genuine interest in serving and supporting people living with disabilities
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with a zero tolerance policy for drug use
Benefits
- Hourly pay of $18.54
- Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am
