Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, reporting needs and concerns to a licensed Nurse
• Ensure the safety of residents
• Facilitate activities, programs, and visits tailored to residents' interests and abilities
• Assist with transporting residents to activities and events as needed
• Document care and resident information in the electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Current and valid C.N.A. certification in PA
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform sequential tasks
• Proficient in using computers, fax machines, telephones, copiers, Nurse Call System, Security and Fire System, and CareTracker documentation system
• Understanding of and commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care.
