About the position

Consolidated Medical Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide care at various locations in Southern Virginia, primarily in Bristol and Gate City. The role offers flexible scheduling with both day and night shifts available, allowing employees to create their own schedules. Immediate positions are open for dependable and qualified candidates with strong skills in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in assisted living, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings.
• Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of residents as needed.

Requirements

• CNA license in Virginia.
• CPR certification.
• TB skin test or x-ray.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Valid Social Security card.
• COVID vaccine preferred, but not required.

Nice-to-haves

• Tennessee or North Carolina CNA license (preferred, but not required).
• 1 year of experience as a CNA (preferred).
