About the position

The position involves providing personal care and assistance to clients in Loudoun, Frederick, and Front Royal. The role is suitable for licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) who are looking for flexible work hours, including both short and long shifts during weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in client health status to the supervising nurse or family members.
• Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Requirements

• Must have a valid CNA, HHA, or PCA license or certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including day and overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
