About the position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Agape CareGroup, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with daily activities, monitoring their conditions, and reporting any changes to the care team. You will ensure that the environment is safe, clean, and odor-free by making daily rounds, collecting waste, and providing general cleaning services, including laundry. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team.
  • Ensure the environment is safe, clean, and odor-free by making daily rounds and collecting waste.
  • Provide general cleaning services and laundry services as needed.
  • Support families along their healthcare journeys with compassion and understanding.

Requirements

  • Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant.
  • 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 25 lbs.
