Responsibilities
- Assist licensed professionals and direct care staff with personal cares per individualized care plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
- Assist with basic personal cares, including meal setup and water pass.
- Provide activity and exercise for residents as assigned.
- Assist residents in dealing with psychosocial needs.
- Observe and report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor.
- Complete all required documentation in a complete and timely manner.
- May assist with entrance screening and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
