The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Telemetry position at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region involves providing direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a registered nurse (RN).
- Assist with patient activities of daily living and ensure patient comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Support the nursing team in various tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Six months previous CNA experience preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of a Nursing Assistant Program required.
- State registered CNA license required.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Basic computer skills required.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training preferred.
