About the position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Suncrest Companion Services involves providing personalized care to in-home patients in Newport, TN. Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for clients to remain in their homes.
• Report observations of the client's condition to the Agency Director or accounts manager.
• Notify the Agency Director immediately of any incidents or accidents.
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when business travel is required.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, hair care, oral hygiene, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients between bed, chair, and wheelchair.
• Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet patients' needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of the patient's background.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to the organization's goals, mission, and philosophy.
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
