About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to serve as a vital link between residents, care staff, and other facility staff in our assisted living community. This role is essential in ensuring that the specific needs of each resident are met at every stage, focusing on safety and monitoring for any changes in condition.

Responsibilities

• Dressing residents
• Bathing residents
• Providing oral and skin care
• Feeding residents
• Making beds
• Assisting with toileting
• Taking vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
• Documenting resident care and observations

Requirements

• Compassionate and dedicated attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a caregiving role
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
