About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Perform administrative functions related to patient care.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Deliver personal nursing care as needed.
• Manage transferring, admissions, and discharges of residents.
• Ensure food service, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Develop and implement care plans while respecting resident rights.

Requirements

• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed CNA in Colorado.
• Proof of vaccination (including COVID-19) or valid exemption.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
• Graduate of a state-approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state-approved competency examination within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Mobility throughout the workday.
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a positive work environment.
