About the position

Griswold Home Care, Inc is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Care Providers to deliver compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. This role allows caregivers to operate as independent contractors, providing flexibility in scheduling and assignment selection while ensuring that clients receive the necessary support to remain safely in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, homemaking, and companionship services to seniors and disabled individuals.
• Choose assignments and negotiate pay as an independent contractor.
• Set your own schedule and determine availability for work.
• Travel to various locations within the service areas of St. Charles, St. Louis, Warren, and Lincoln Counties.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience caring for seniors and/or the temporarily or permanently disabled.
• Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companionship services.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or comparable and relevant experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough Criminal and Background Record Check.
• A minimum of 4 recent references (2 personal and 2 professional).
