Responsibilities

  • Perform field service, installations, or preventive maintenance as required.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
  • Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
  • Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, ensuring all actions align with business expectations.
  • Take ownership of all service cases, projects, and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
  • Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of CNC machinery.
