About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC operations and be proficient in using various machining tools and equipment. This role involves the assembly, fabrication, and handling of materials to produce high-quality components according to specifications. The CNC Operator will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards. Training is available for the right candidates!

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, including logic controllers and press equipment.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAM programming, GD&T, and materials handling practices is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing technologies in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Assemble components using precision tools and techniques while ensuring quality control throughout the process.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
• Utilize SolidWorks for interpreting designs and CAM programming for machine setup.
• Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure accuracy in production.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organization within the factory environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
