About the position

The CNC Machinist position at our leading manufacturing company involves setting up, programming, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure high-quality production. Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct and materials are loaded.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the setup or operation of the CNC machines.
• Program CNC machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in setting up, troubleshooting, and programming CNC machines.
• Proficiency with CNC programming languages and software (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
