Responsibilities

• Consult on engineering projects related to new product introductions, product redesigns, and process improvements.
• Independently research, justify, and initiate designs for tooling, gauges, manufacturing, and assembly systems of moderate complexity.
• Consult on and troubleshoot moderately complex production process problems requiring straightforward technical solutions.
• Partner with team members to apply state-of-the-art technologies for manufacturing components and Lean manufacturing assembly techniques.
• Monitor the development of moderately complex new manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
