About the position

The CNC Mill Programmer at Machining Logistics Inc is responsible for developing and optimizing CNC milling programs using Mastercam software. This role requires a skilled individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, particularly in the aerospace industry, to ensure high-precision manufacturing of complex parts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC milling programs using Mastercam software.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD models.
• Set up and operate 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC milling programming.
• Extensive knowledge of Mastercam software.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
