About the position
Closets by Design St. Louis is seeking an experienced and reliable CNC Operator/Woodworker to join our rapidly expanding team. This full-time position involves working in our factory to design and manufacture custom home organization solutions, including storage for closets, garages, offices, and pantries. The role is essential to our operations as we continue to grow within the largest international home organization company in North America.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery to produce custom wood products.
- Interpret and follow cut-lists and CAD designs.
- Ensure quality control of finished products.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience as a CNC operator.
- Woodworking or carpentry experience is required.
- Knowledge of CAD and similar programs is necessary.
- Reliability and dependability are essential.
Nice-to-haves
- Cut-listing experience is a plus.
