About the position
The CNC Operator at American Leather Operations LLC is responsible for programming and efficiently operating CNC router equipment under the guidance of the Production Supervisor. This role involves ensuring the proper functioning of the machinery, performing maintenance tasks, and adhering to production specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspection of CNC router and make preventative maintenance adjustments such as cleaning filters and tool setup.
- Program router according to job specifications.
- Count and report rejected parts and notify the supervisor.
- Clean and maintain the work area.
- Monitor the performance of CNC Routers and report any issues.
- Perform any other duties requested by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- One year of production experience.
- Basic computer skills.

- Ability to read basic instructions and manuals.
- Basic familiarity operating a computer.
