Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC horizontal milling machines to produce rotor components according to specifications.
• Ensure machines are functioning well, running at full capacity, and producing quality products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with rotor components.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
