Responsibilities

• Develop complex parts and optimize machining processes for production manufacturing.
• Create and edit CNC programs using Mastercam for multiple-axis CNC milling machining centers.
• Perform technical data package review of components requiring fabrication.
• Conduct machining process development and optimization.
• Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling for job-specific applications.
• Perform program prove-out validation.
• Troubleshoot and solve set-up, dimensional, and other out-of-spec features.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate required design changes.
• Support high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve program schedule and performance goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Machinist, particularly with complex, precision metal components.
• Strong knowledge of Mastercam and CNC programming for multiple-axis machining centers.
• Experience in machining process development and optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve dimensional and set-up issues effectively.
• Familiarity with tolerance and fixture design.
