About the position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our team in Broken Arrow, OK. This role involves programming 3- and 4-axis CNC mills, developing and modifying CNC programs for production and R&D runs, and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. The CNC Programmer will collaborate with machine operators and engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and explore design improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CNC programs for production and R&D runs.
• Collaborate with machine operators to perform quality checks during the manufacturing process.
• Make manual adjustments to CNC programs as needed to meet specifications.
• Work closely with engineers to explore potential design improvements.

Requirements

• Experience programming 3- and 4-axis CNC mills.
• Proficiency in MasterCAM and FeatureCAM.
• Ability to adjust and troubleshoot programs on the fly.
• Familiarity with quality control processes.
