As a CNC Programmer/Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in programming CNC equipment, establishing machining methods, and ensuring the production of high-quality components. Responsibilities

• Ability to manually program CNC mills and lathes including simple Macro programs
• Solid experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software like GibbsCAM
• Continually maintain a database of machine programs and revisions
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience troubleshooting machine and programming issues
• Willingness to work with and help develop machine operators and setup personnel
• Familiarity with Fanuc and Okuma controls
• Experience with 2-axis lathes - Okuma, Mori Seiki
• Experience with vertical and horizontal mills
• Knowledge of part location probing
• General knowledge of producing various types of threads including National Pipe Threads
• Experience with Probe M+H Renishaw Marposs
• Experience working with tooling vendors and specifying tooling, including Thread Milling, Inserted Drill, Diamond Facemills, and Topping Inserts for lathe threading.

• CNC experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Ability to commute to Cleveland, OH (Required)
• Ability to relocate to Cleveland, OH before starting work (Required)
