Responsibilities

• Program CNC machines using Master CAM and Gibbs CAM.
• Perform work independently with minimal defects.
• Communicate with the supervisor regarding work order priorities.
• Adapt to changes due to emergency orders or fabrication of parts.
• Utilize advanced math and blueprint reading skills.
• Use basic measuring instruments to ensure quality.
• Solve problems effectively during the programming process.
• Work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer.
• Master CAM experience is required; Gibbs CAM experience is a plus.
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal defects.
• Strong communication skills for discussing work order priorities.
• Advanced math skills and proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Experience with basic measuring instruments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in computer design software.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of CNC experience (preferred).
• 1 year of CNC programming experience (preferred).
• 1 year of CAM programming experience (preferred).
