Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize G-code programs for CNC machines.
• Design and create 3D models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
• Translate product specifications into manufacturable CNC programs.
• Set up and operate CNC machines for efficient production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to design new products.
• Use 3D design software to create and refine prototypes.
• Evaluate materials and develop manufacturing processes.
• Document product design specifications.
• Provide hardware and software technical support to internal users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
• Create CNC fixtures for custom parts and prototypes.
• Cut and fabricate materials such as wood and vinyl for product concepts.
• Document technical knowledge and share it with team members.
• Stay updated on advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a CNC programmer.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam).
• Proficient in Fanuc Controls.
• Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC machine operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is a plus.
• IT support experience or knowledge preferred.
