Additionally, you will set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling, while troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the programming or machining process. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet project deadlines. You will also maintain and update tooling libraries, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining efficiency and product quality will be part of your responsibilities, along with adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This position is full-time and offers a competitive pay range of $20-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming or related field preferred.
