About the position

The CNC Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, primarily using Amada's AP100 software. This role involves creating and editing CNC programs, selecting tooling, and ensuring that machined parts meet required specifications. The position requires data entry and routing responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit CNC programs using Amada's AP100 software for VIPROS358K, FO3015NT, and ENSIS3015 machines.
• Inspect machined parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform data entry using Net-Link.
• Enter routing information using Net-Link.

Requirements

• Experience using Amada's AP100 software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
• Knowledge of machining processes and tooling selection.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good email communication and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with VIPROS358K, FO3015NT, and ENSIS3015 machines.
