Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate production of precision parts
• Oversee CNC department
• Train in set-up and programming
• Plan and schedule CNC operations
• Develop CNC programs
• Set up and operate lathes and milling machines
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• CNC set-up and operation experience
• CNC programming and CAM programming experience
• 5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation
• Prefer experience with Fusion 360 and SolidWorks
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Knowledge of GD&T
• Supervision experience
• Strong mechanical skills
