About the position
The CNC Programmer at Prince Industries will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to ensure the efficient production of precision parts for various applications. This role requires expertise in machine programming, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using software such as Fusion 360 or MasterCAM.
- Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications and blueprints.
- Understand and utilize G-code and M-code for machine operations.
- Interpret complex blueprints for the Aerospace and Medical industry.
- Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to programs to enhance production efficiency.
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of production and any modifications to the machining process.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows.
