Responsibilities
- Support operators to meet production deadlines by providing input on manufacturing schedules and procedures.
- Instruct and train on machining set-ups and operating principles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CNC programming experience in Mastercam and CIMCO for 4 and 5 axis machines.
- Ability to set-up and operate manual and CNC milling machines, lathes, and OD-ID grinders with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Experience making standard shop computations relating to dimensions, tooling, feeds, and speeds.
- Ability to set-up and use all standard measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of ITAR work regulations.
