About the position

The position involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC/ASM milling and turning machines, while ensuring quality control and maintaining supply levels. The role requires collaboration with engineering personnel for trial runs and special parts, emphasizing a commitment to high-quality work in a machine shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot a variety of CNC/ASM machines performing operations such as boring, reaming, turning, milling, drilling, and tapping.
• Perform specified quality checks on piece parts, trial run, and experimental parts using standard and special measuring devices.
• Assist in analyzing and planning workload for group operations, following up on instructions, performance, and quality.
• Assist Group Leader in maintaining supply levels, ordering new supplies and tools, and completing necessary shop orders and records.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 4 years experience at level 'A' with demonstrated productivity skills and ability, including a 6 months evaluation period.
