About the position

ARCH-Minneapolis is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as CNC Vertical Mill Machine Operators on the Weekend Day Shift. This entry-level position offers training for those with some machining experience and provides opportunities for growth within the company. Operators will be responsible for producing machined parts by operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspects products during the machining operation to determine if parts meet specifications.
• Follows all job work order instructions.
• Operates more than one machine where cycle time permits.
• Completes all required shop floor documentation for the job including part dimensional and visual inspection.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Reports the need for machine repairs to management/maintenance.
• Understands and complies with company policy safety guidelines, quality systems requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to contractual requirements.
