About the position

The CNS Marketing Coordinator - Student Worker role at Mylan Inc. is designed for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university program. This position focuses on supporting the marketing operations for Glatiramer Acetate, ensuring the availability of marketing materials, managing project execution, and facilitating billing processes. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and ownership of tasks to contribute to the marketing team's success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Glatiramer Acetate 20/40 mg/mL marketing materials, ensuring both printing and digital availability.
• Track existing GA 20/40 mg/mL projects in Veeva and maximize relationships with COE for efficient project execution.
• Support the sales team by assessing feedback from the field and providing recommendations for material improvement.
• Assist in developing select launch materials for GA Depot, including administration and patient materials.
• Manage and facilitate the monthly billing and accrual process, training on SmartSource and understanding budget allocations across vendors.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Bachelor or Master degree program, preferably having completed a minimum of their sophomore year.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred, though a combination of experience and/or education will be considered.
• Proactive nature with the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and manage them to closure.
• Ability to apply prior work experience/knowledge to current tasks and be a resource for marketing material development and billing accuracy.
• High quality, detail-oriented output and compliant execution of marketing resources.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
