About the position

The Supervising Research Staff (SRS) will provide research support and clinical supervision for projects focused on autism treatment, funded by the NJ Governor's Council for Medical Research and Treatment of Autism and the GSAPP 2022 Autism Research Strategic Program grant. The role involves collaboration on content development for behavioral treatment, supervision of project coordination, and oversight of data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide research support and clinical supervision for autism-related projects.
  • Collaborate with Principal Investigators and Stakeholder Advisors on booster content development.
  • Supervise the Project Coordinator in the creation of booster materials and daily study coordination.
  • Maintain IRB compliance, recruitment, consenting, and scheduling for the study.
  • Monitor weekly data collection and manage the REDCap database.
  • Supervise graduate student clinicians in delivering the adapted GBAT intervention.
  • Collaborate on data analysis, dissemination, and future grant submissions.

Requirements

  • Doctorate in psychology or a related field relevant to the project area.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in delivering behavioral therapy, particularly for autistic adults.
  • License eligible or licensed in NJ.
