About the position

The Aerial Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing aerial operations in an underground environment, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a team of laborers. This role involves planning, coordinating activities, and maintaining equipment while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of laborers and other personnel in aerial operations.
• Ensure all aerial operations are carried out safely and comply with company safety standards and regulations.
• Plan and coordinate aerial activities to meet production targets and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to aerial operations.
• Monitor aerial operations, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to prevent interruptions.
• Train and mentor new personnel in safety procedures and operational protocols.
• Ensure timely stocking and ordering of equipment and materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and correct defects or issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in underground mining drilling operations.
• Valid Driver's License to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.
