About the position

As a product management co-op on the Lynx team at Carrier Global Corporation, you will play a critical role in the innovation and management of digital products that impact the global supply chain, particularly in the cold chain sector, which is essential for temperature-sensitive products like food and pharmaceuticals. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the intricacies of the cold chain while actively contributing to product management efforts. You will be paired with one or more Product Managers who are responsible for developing the overall product vision and strategy. Together, you will work on the product roadmap, release planning, feature definition, and customer advocacy. In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks that will enhance your understanding of product management and the cold chain industry. Your responsibilities may include drafting product requirements, supporting the creation of training materials for new products, participating in customer calls to conduct needs analysis, and assisting in research to define and prioritize product requirements. This hands-on experience will not only deepen your knowledge of product management but also allow you to contribute to solutions that matter for people and the planet.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field
