About the position
The Procurement Co-op at Insulet Corporation will support the Indirect Procurement Group by assisting category managers and specialists. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams and suppliers, providing an opportunity to engage in RFx processes, negotiations, supplier relationship management, and data analysis. Responsibilities
- Purchasing Support for all categories
- Supplier Management Support
- Procurement Spend Data collection
- Cost Reduction support
- Process Improvement Projects
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Candidates for a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Previous Co-op experience or internship
Nice-to-haves
- ERP systems and manufacturing processes experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Effectively work independently and collaboratively
- Outstanding customer service
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint required
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
