About the position

The Co-op position in Technical Operations at Delta Air Lines offers students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various engineering and operational areas. Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering projects within various departments of Technical Operations.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical problems creatively.
• Complete assignments with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.
• Engage in technical writing and presentations as required.
• Support operational processes and procedures in a safety-conscious manner.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student (sophomore or above) with at least 30 semester hours completed.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5, with the ability to maintain it throughout the co-op.
• Strong teamwork skills to solve technical problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good technical writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in basic PC skills and Microsoft Office software suite.
• Commitment to safety and security in all operational processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
