About the position

The role involves assisting qualified Electrical Engineers in the design and analysis of nuclear products and projects, contributing to the development of clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engineering design and/or analysis for nuclear products/projects including electrical system design, instrumentation and controls designs, and system wiring.
• Interface with other internal functional groups to obtain necessary information for work assignments.
• Plan and organize work to meet assignment requirements.
• Learn to evaluate, select, and utilize standards, techniques, procedures, and criteria for the development of engineering design documents including calculations and specifications.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Ability to work independently using knowledge obtained from core college courses.
• Skills utilizing software packages such as Mathcad, Matlab, PSPice, or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
