Responsibilities

  • Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
  • Tours stores and provides feedback to improve operations.
  • Communicates and collaborates with associates regarding store operations and company direction.
  • Models exceptional customer service standards and manages customer service initiatives.
  • Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L statements and managing budgets.
  • Supervises and develops hourly associates through hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and supports company mission and values.
  • Coordinates job-related activities and oversees assignments.

Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities that sell firearms.
  • Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings and assessments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports.
