About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Coach to join our team at Clermont Gymnastics Academy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and an upbeat energy, providing coaching and instruction in a group environment while fostering a love for gymnastics among young athletes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare, coaching, and/or gymnastics/tumbling background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and motivate participants effectively
• Certification in physical education or relevant field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and instruction in a group environment
• Educate participants on proper techniques, rules, and sportsmanship
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for all participants
• Monitor and assess individual performance to provide feedback for improvement
