About the position
The Coating Operator position involves setting up and operating coating machines to ensure products are coated accurately and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Performing batch record completion with 100% accuracy.
- Proper data entry in the coating use log book.
- Checking coating nozzles, piping, air pressure, and chart recorder temperature in/out before starting a batch.
- Preventing mix-up and cross-contamination during coating.
- Cleaning and organizing the coating room.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1-3 years of experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Basic math and mechanical skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and the ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry.
