About the position

The Production Team Member at Cobalt Boats, LLC is responsible for manufacturing or preparing parts in accordance with company standards while adhering to safety and quality guidelines. The role involves working both individually and as part of a team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture or prep parts in accordance with Cobalt standards.
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines while exceeding customer standards.
• Read and understand paperwork to ensure proper steps are followed.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Work in a team setting or individually to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with safety and 5S standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• General math skills required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to pass Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT).
