About The Position
The Coding Educator (CE) plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with TPR coding guidelines and governmental regulations within the organization. This position is responsible for providing continuous coding education to clinicians and ancillary staff, preventing coding denials through quality analysis, and acting as a liaison between coding vendors and the assigned markets. The CE will also monitor coding accuracy, conduct audits, and facilitate improvement discussions with healthcare providers.
