About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to contribute their coding expertise in training generative AI models. This remote freelance opportunity allows for flexible working hours, enabling coders to assist in enhancing AI capabilities by crafting questions, evaluating AI-generated code, and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Craft and answer questions related to computer science to help train AI models.
• Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C++, Swift, and Verilog.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in Italian.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI or machine learning concepts (not required but preferred).
