Coffee Barista

About the position

Elevate Coffee is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas in Lebanon, TN. This role focuses on delivering a personalized, high-quality coffee experience to our customers while fostering creativity and connection in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and thrive under pressure, contributing to a positive atmosphere in our coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers.
• Engage with customers to provide a personalized experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Handle cash and process transactions using POS systems.
• Participate in a two-week training program to learn coffee preparation techniques.
• Work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• 1 year of food service experience preferred.
• Barista or bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
