About the position

The Therapist position at Centered Mind Therapy involves providing telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to clients. The role allows therapists to focus on clinical work while the company manages non-clinical tasks such as marketing, client acquisition, and billing. This position offers flexibility in working hours and client load, making it suitable for both part-time and full-time therapists.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments of client's mental health needs.
• Provide telehealth or in-person behavioral health services to individual clients and groups.
• Document client services in EHR and practice management system.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited school.
• Current license to practice as a LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Demonstrates excellent clinical skills.
• Familiarity and comfort with the DSM V diagnostic criteria.
• Evidence of mature judgment and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to effectively present information both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter and collaboratively as a team member.
• Ability to stay organized and keep calendar availability up to date for efficient client session scheduling.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently complete progress notes after client sessions.
• Experience providing telehealth services and evidence-based treatment modalities (DBT, CBT, EFT, etc.).
